3. Maurits Cornelis Escher was a famous graphic artist. He was born on June, 17th, 1898 in the family of an engineer. In 1919 he went to School of architecture and decorative arts in Haarlem, but he left it and started drawing. During his life he travelled in Europe a lot and painted his great impossible works.

4. He painted ordinary things in fantastic and abstract way. For example you can’t see such stairs in real life and warriors don’t have a chance to go up or down using it. They have to go round.
