2 Organized crimes are some illegal activities that basically occur with a motif of some financial gain. The main purpose of organized crime is to earn money. Terrorism is to create fear with the acts of violence.

3 Both organized crime and terrorism use fear as a weapon. Fear is actually used for gaining power Both are similar in a way that they create violent atmosphere through fear when threatened people become uncooperative to them.
