Palestinian Rights and Obstacles No Arab may cross the red line into East Jerusalem; that is Palestinian territory Israel must respect the rights of Palestinians to self- determination Palestinian refugees have the right to return to their home country Don’t want to create two separate countries for Israelis and Palestinians because they have emotional, historical, and religious attachments all over Israel. Agree with Israelis that the country is indivisible but yet Palestinians want their own protection and government Already turned down an offer of land (97% of the West Bank and all of the Gaza Strip) Hamas doesn’t want Israel to exist http://zombietime.com/google_jerusalem/

Peace Plan Create two separate states for Israel and Palestine Both groups have claims to holy places in the region, so it would make sense to share those specific locations and make them neutral. Both people will approve of receiving their own separate lands Won’t agree on sharing the holy lands
9
Peace Plan Could work in the real world but may have problems with sharing the holy lands Resembles what Israel and Palestine have right now but we could divide the state more equally http://www.israel-palestina.info/arab-israeli_conflict.html
