Did you know that there are more people with respiratory problems because of all the air pollution contributing to it? Also, we should think about future generations on Earth and how it would effect our future. Also, global warming is effecting our essential natural resources like food and lakes are drying up and it is causing more droughts in the world. How we should also try saving the planet by using less fossil fuels that pollute the air and instead use wind power or solar power. You should also, drive less and turn out the lights in the rooms that you aren't in, and don't waste things. You should recycle things like plastic, paper and aluminum.

3. Save Electricity Whenever we use electricity, we help put greenhouse gases into the air. By turning off lights, the television, and the computer when you are through with them, you can help a lot. Bike, Bus, and Walk You can save energy by sometimes taking the bus, riding a bike, or walking. Talk to Your Family and Friends Talk with your family and friends about climate change. Let them know what you've learned. Plant Trees Planting trees is fun and a great way to reduce greenhouse gases. Trees absorb carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas, from the air. Recycle Recycle cans, bottles, plastic bags, and newspapers. When you recycle, you send less trash to the landfill and you help save natural resources, like trees, oil, and elements such as aluminum.

Become informed about the environmental impacts of the products you buy. If you're not satisfied, search for better alternatives. Bulk buy when possible, but don't buy more than you can use. Choose products with less packaging. Choose products with recyclable or reusable packaging. Carry reusable shopping bags or boxes. Say 'no' to unnecessary plastic bags and other packaging. Re-use plastic bags and all types of containers over and over again. Buy quality goods that will last. Encourage manufacturers to play their part.
