2 Introduction This course is taught in the first semester to the second year for sixteen weeks with 3 credit hours

3 Objectives By the end of this course you must will be able to:- 1.Understanding of drawing tools and equipment and its use. 2.Understand the information provided and the purpose for which. 3.Provide graphics that says in the field of study. 4.Deal with other sectors in the relevant fields.

4 Content: 1.Become acquainted with the drawing-tools and materials used descriptions and methods of its use. 2.Descriptions and methods of its use. 3.Letters of the alphabetic-types of fonts used in the drawing. 4.Engineering – halving line and divided into equal parts –angles –triangles and quartets

11 Pens Some designers prefer ink and use a technical fountain pen as it is capable of precise line width. It can be used for both freehand and drafted ink drawings. As with drafting pencils, pens are available in a variety of forms and price ranges. However, most technical drawing pens consist of a tubular point, which has an ink-flow- regulating wire inside it.
