Management needs to encourage volunteers to learn more, ask good questions, present best ideas and push the organisation to be better and more efficient.

An example could be a training plan - is the current training plan delivering what is needed for your station or the auxiliary. If not, or it needs improving go to 2.

In the example of a training plan, edit the training plan, bring in appropriate training aids, try new powerpoints, or construct quizzes to assess knowledge, then go to 3.

The new training plan is brought in, briefing all the instructors to achieve a buy in, and briefing all the students as to how the new program will benefit them. Then move to 4.
