15.  If assumption made will be not fulfilled I will limit this program to PCBS staff only.  Staff trainees will gain knowledge on how to gather and disseminate Data in electronic ways.  User will gain knowledge on how to get and use the data in electronic ways.  The user can generate some indicators according to their needs.  User will have easy access to computer faculty.
