3 Europroduct businesses “Europroduct” Concern is the largest distributor of the goods for children in the Ukraine. During 15 years of it’s work all the profit of the company was re-invested into development, presence expansion at the market, both productive and geographical. At the present time “Europroduct” Concern runs a business in the following directions: Middle-price retailing of children’s goods through the children’s department store networks “Antoshka”, “Mega- Antoshka”, “Kazka Nova” and “Toshka”; Luxury-class retailing of children’s goods through own chain of multi brand "DANIEL" - 6 boutiques, 7 mono brand boutiques (Armani, I Pinco Pallino, Baby Dior and others) in the biggest cities of Ukraine. First -class retailing of furniture products through branded children’s interior boutiques “Vibel”. Distribution of the children’s goods: baby food and hygiene, toys, children’s furniture, clothes and footwear.

4 Distribution system of the company The distribution system in the company provides complete cover of the territory. The quantity of wholesale clients exceeds thousand of salespeople. In 1996 the branch development program was launched in the biggest Ukrainian cities. By today, we have 5 branches in Odessa, Kiev, Lvov, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk. In each of them we have our office and warehouse. The total area of all the warehouses reaches 36 679 sq m.

6 Distribution system of the company Presence of our branches in the biggest cities allows us to provide even the most distant parts of the country with all necessary products in needed quantities and time. Our distribution network is organized with branch directors, managers, sales representatives, merchandisers working in every branch. Europroduct supplies goods to almost all special stores for children (Budinok Igrashok, Smyk, Plastilin, Baby Boom, Pelikan and others) as well to international and local chains (METRO, ASHAN, Fozzy Group, Amstore, QVIZA (Velika Kishenya) and many others. Our team consists of 2,200 people.

7 Work on the other markets Since 2007 the company works on the markets of Russia and Moldavia. In Russia we have our distribution partner – the company Rost. Rost specializes on wholesales of qualitative toys of world’s leading manufacturers and the clothes. In Moldavia we have two main distributors – the companies Bebelus and Hendriksbail.

8 Moldavian partners The company Bebelus has 4 retail specialized children stores in Chisinau downtown, the company Hendriksbail has 7 shops. With both partners we cooperate in all categories of children goods: food, clothes, toys, furniture, prams. They are our key clients both by turnover of purchased goods and display of exclusive brands. Such quantity of shops gives us covering of the existed demand in this country.

9 Moldavian partners At the moment the country is in the process of gradual recovery after financial crisis and weak administrative and political leading, that is why for today the turnover we have with Moldavia is not high, but the market for sure has the potential.

10 Retail net Along with distribution net many forces in our company are given to the development of own retail net. On the 10th of September 1997 in Odessa was opened our first shop with goods for children – “Antoshka”. During 13 years “Antoshka” has expanded geography and is present at all large cities of the Ukraine: in Kiev, Odessa, Kharkov,Donetsk,Dnepropetrovsk, Lvov, Uzhgorod, Ivano-Frankovsk, Rovno, Chernovtsy, Krivoi Rog, Poltava, Illychevsk, Sevastopol, Brovary, Vinnitsa. Europroduct Concern does not stop on it and plans to increase quantity of shops up to 50 by 2012.

21 Programs for Dorel Group promotion in 2009-2010 Parents encyclopedia” – educational book for parents who are waiting for a baby published in 10 000 copies and distributed in parents school, book and children specialized shops. Illustrated advertisement of Bebe Confort articles (1 page) and Maxi-Cosi articles (1 page). Creation of online catalog of Bebe Confort and Maxi-Cosi range offered in Ukrainian market at our site www.europroduct.com.ua (all range of the articles purchased by our company). This facilitates our cooperation with online stores such as: ivasik.ua,karuselka.com.ua, babysmile.ua, babysmile.dp.ua

22 Programs for Dorel Group promotion in 2009-2010 “New mothers school” – program of educational lections to future mothers in 8 biggest cities of Ukraine: Kiev, Odessa, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnepropetrivsk, Donetsk, Sevastopol, Zaporizhya. Representatives of GPR company will teach mothers how to take care of their babies at home and in travel using Dorel group products. The security of child in carseats is emphasized. Demonstration of presentation about Dorel group items. Each mother will get 1 leaflet.

23 Programs for Dorel Group promotion in 2009-2010 Promo action from the 1st of February till the 1st of March for the high chair Omega – the client should have cut out the coupon from “Antoshka” magazine and could receive the discount 10 %. Promo action from 15th of March till 15th of April – clients could receive the discount on all the range of products Dorel 15%. Promo action from 1st of May till 15th of June for the high chair Omega – the item could be purchased in a special price 117,45 Euro.

25 Programs for Dorel Group promotion in 2009-2010 Promo action “Make up on the move” from the 1st of August till the 24th of August – the client should register at our Antoshka web-site, invite his friend to join the site and to write the poem using the name of the brand Bebe Confort. The winners can receive: - 10 certificates for nappies, - 20 certificates for the toy from the company TOLO, - the main prize – stroller High Trek from Bebe Confort. Every participator receives extra discount 5% for all Bebe Confort products.
