Sequestration When the grant award notifications were sent, we included a paragraph advising grantees to plan for the potential of a 8.9-15% reduction in available funds as a result of sequestration. Per discussion with Jeff Berger on 10/7/12, the grants that were awarded in July will not be impacted; however, things are still unclear for the next fiscal period. We should have a better idea of direction following the election. 8
