Key Recommendations Balance Calories Foods to Increase Foods to Reduce

Four types of reference values: Estimated Average Requirement (EAR) – setting a benchmark for baseline nutrient requirements Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) – amount of a nutrient adequate to meet nutrient needs of healthy persons.
