You need to be yourself
Where many hats. You will be speaking to many different people. Understand that they all have different lives and needs. Example: Older folks are
looking to retire, think of your Grandparents. If you are talking to a Mother they want the freedom be with their children, think of your parents. Students
need freedom to set their own hours because of school, think of you in college or someone you know. Husbands, Dads, Men, are the providers and it is
VERY important for them to do this, think of the men you know in your life.
Understand that Some Will, Some won’t, So what, Next! SW RULE. This business is for many but not for everyone. Be 100% ok with that!
Be empathetic when you do not know how it feels to be going through what they are going through and sympathetic when you do know
