28 Endnotes This trip is a Primerica event held to help you build your business. It’s expected that you’ll attend all scheduled meetings and activities as part of your participation in this event. Although we hope you enjoy your time in between the meetings and events, your focus should be on learning from the leaders who can help you take your business to the next level. 1 There are Builder’s Premium Points for obtaining two types of licenses: life and securities. Licensing points will only be given for obtaining a license (life or securities) if done during the qualification period. A Solution Number must be issued to the recruit for the Representative to receive licensing points. For securities licensing in the U.S., a recruit must submit a U4 and obtain the Series 6 (and Series 63 where necessary), or in Canada, submit the Form 33 ‑ 109F4 and pass the Mutual Funds exam and be deemed “active.” If a Representative qualifies in more than one category, then he or she will be deemed to have qualified in only one category, as determined by Primerica. In the event of a tie, the person with the greater life base shop premium qualifies. Incentive trips are intended for Representatives who are in good standing with the Company at all times during the qualification period and through the dates of the trip. Only one competition slot will be awarded to a Representative and his/her spouse or Partner. Persons who abuse any aspect of the competition, as determined solely by Primerica, will be disqualified. Determination of qualifiers is subject to the final decision by Primerica. Primerica reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate any competition. 2 Premium is base shop gross bonusable submitted life premium of the Representative and the Representative's base shop downline team. All premium is capped at $1,500 per sale. U.S. and Canadian premium is combined without any exchange rate conversion. 3 A recruit = an IBA submitted with fee. You can also qualify for recruit credit by your number of base shop Senior Rep advancements. We’ll count whichever number is higher – the number of recruits or the number of Senior Rep advancements.
