3. 2013 Special Studies Overview Surveys were conducted over a two month period All regions participated in the special studies Survey tools were reviewed and approved by Planning Council and Grantee In 2012, CAREWare reported 58 Youth-MSM and 10 Incarcerated/Recently Released Survey actuals represent 53% of reported Ryan White Youth- MSM clients
