Click to edit Master title style Click to edit Master subtitle style CROOK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT Crook County School District Manufacturing Engineering Program Due to economic challenges, Crook County High School’s Manufacturing Engineering was cut. Four years later, the program has been resurrected through the CTE Revitalization Grant—and even better, it has been expanded to include Crook County and Paulina Middle School students. In its first year, 275 students will benefit.

Click to edit Master title style Click to edit Master subtitle style EUGENE SCHOOL DISTRICT Relevance and Rigor in New STEM Career Paths – Churchill High School Utilizing the CTE Revitalization Grant, Churchill has increased rigor in the foundational math and science curriculum, developed a new “Engineering & Design” CTE program of study and enhanced two existing CTE programs – all to ensure two- and four- year college readiness.

Students are benefiting from a forward-thinking curriculum that maximizes faculty resources; a classroom environment that stimulates and engages; and an introduction to technical career fields.

Angel and Silver Falls School Districts are working together to expand CTE program offerings for students at both the middle and high school levels. The project provides project based experiences for students in the field of Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics.

Students completing the courses this year will be eligible to take the first part of CompTIA’s A + Certification.
