3 The Format Introduction: State your thesis. Make it interesting. Introduce the three things that will support your thesis. These are the three things your next three paragraphs Will be about. Body Paragraph 1. Remind the reader of your thesis. Write about the first piece of support. Body Paragraph 2. Remind the reader of your thesis. Write about the next Most important piece of support.
