4. A. Leave you name, address, phone number and license plate number on the vehicle or property you damaged if you can’t find the owner. Then notify the police.

5. A. You may be fined up to $25,000 B. Jail sentence from 1 to 3 years C. Your driving privileges will be taken away for 1 year
