The gray unpainted (or painted) area complicates the background. Actually, I would have like the entire background to be of the same tone and color. Also, I would have like the black sweater to be more like the pants in tone. The chartreuse that is showing would have worked out fine.

The shutter speeds will run from a very slow 1/8 to a very fast 1/1000 sec. If you do this assignment correctly, you will end up with a very reliable set of test images that will give you highly detailed information about stopping and suggest subject in motion.
