Alcoholism, Drugs and Violence. Unemployed youth, and the effects of unemployed parents on the youth.

The suggestion is to arrive in Israel some time on Sunday, February 15, 2005 – day of the opening of the conference, which will carry through Thursday of the same week.

The intention is to have some thirty participants from abroad and the same number from Israel.

Haifa is a very successful model of a mixed Jewish-Arab city that is enriched by its multicultural diversity and peaceful environment.
