8 How it works-Process in brief  We buy an Australian Property with you as joint investment  We organise legal paperwork for you to go in the title/ownership papers  You are required to contribute about 12-15% of the total investment  We obtain bank finance for the rest of the investment with our personnel guarantee  Property is managed by us and rented for the period of investment  Borrowing cost and property maintenance cost is offset by the rental income  Capital gain tax is payable at the time of sale of the property  100% of the profit and original investment is returned to you at the end of the project  You select the period of investment.
