3 I. Design PowerPoint Template and Background 1.Choose “Design Tab”, you can select available templates and themes or you may directly download from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates M. Rungruangthum 3 17/06/53

7 II. Create PowerPoint Presentation from Word 1. You can use an existing Microsoft Word document to create a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. To set up, you need to format “heading styles”. Heading 1: Topic and Heading 2: Sub-heading, or content 17/06/53M. Rungruangthum 7

You can set up the font size by 1.Click “Design bar” 2.Choose “Create new theme font” 3.For English language, choose “Latin Text” 4.For Thai language, choose “Complex Script” 5.Make sure that you choose the same font for heading and body font.
