Drainage Maintenance Plan Authorized Activities (GPCST-201402723) 1.Excavation of accumulated sediment or removal of brush or debris from within 50 feet of the inlet and outlet sides of a drainage pipe, culvert or bridge within the DOT Drainage Right-of-Way.  Any sediment, brush, or debris generated by removal activities must be disposed of at a DOT approved upland disposal site.  Low flow channels shall be maintained in existing condition to maintain natural substrate.
