1. Costa Rica Expedition 2015 Statement Application: Deadline 30 th October.

2. Questions  What fundraising activities would you pursue to raise the money required for expedition?  What are you hoping to gain by taking part in the expedition?  What will you contribute to the team?

3. Instructions Statements can be hand written or typed up. Statements are to be handed into the School Office by Wednesday 30 th October. Statements must be handed in in two envelopes. Outside envelope: Name and Registration Class. Inside envelope: Blank with statement inside.

4. Instructions Dr Hunter will then number the blank envelope. Dr Hunter will keep a record of the names and numbers. Numbered envelopes will be issued to Miss Cameron, Miss Hall and Mr Lawson for selection. Successful candidates will be announced the following week.
