2  What is Social injustice? Social injustice is a relative concept about the claimed unfairness or injustice of a society in its divisions  Who does social injustice really effect? Social injustice affects certain races, groups, and much more Facts/statistics:  Iraq’s population is made up of 50% 18 year-olds  The U.S. is sent into Iraq to help stabilize and rebuild there capital  Children in Iraq are born in the aftermath of debilitating wars (which leads up to children becoming child soldiers)

3  The incident I researched was child soldiers  The article I used to gather my information was called, “Iraq’s Young Blood” - In this article it was about this boy called Ammar who grew up going to the firing range with his dad. Once he got a little older he joined the neighborhood night watch and then the army  Children and there parents are involved in this incident

4  What led up to child soldiers? - Being born and raised around the aftermath of a war - Going to the firing range multiple of times - Seeing combat from an early age  What were the results of child soldiers? - Many casualties - More crimes  How was the incident handled? -When the U.S. came to help stabilize and rebuild Iraq’s capital they also helped in the removal of child soldiers  Why was this topic interesting to you? - This topic was interesting to me because I didn’t know that child soldiers existed and I wanted to learn why a child would like to become a soldier

5  What made the incident stand out to you? - The fact that a child would want to become a soldier made this incident stand out to me Work Cited http://therisingcontinent.files.wordpress.com http://www.hdewallpaper.com
