3  Kristen Pichler is a CSUN alumnus with a BA degree in ‘89 and an MPA in ‘93  She has 16 years of human resources experience, and currently serves as the Human Resources Officer for CSUN’s University Student Union  Kristen is a workshop presenter and trainer, coaching primarily young professionals in all aspects of the job search process.  Chris Soderlund is an alumnus of CSUN with a BS degree in ‘93 and a MBA in ‘99  He is currently the Regional Search Director for Parker + Lynch, a nationwide executive search firm.  Chris has 17yrs of executive search experience and currently runs a group of 40 executive recruiters in four states.
