2. Yale-New Haven History Yale Was first found is 1826 it was roughly seven acers and had thirteen beds. At this time it was supported by the town and was 13,000 to construct. Yale eventually opened in 1833 and got a jump start in the civil war tending to wounded soldiers. This gave them good business to expand and prosper.

3. Current Day Now a days the hospital has 1,008 rooms and advances in many medical sciences such as: 1.Cancer 2.Physical Therapy 3.Neurosciences

4. Why Would It be Good to Relocate Relocating to another country gives Yale the opportunity to expand. The preferable spot would be Thailand. This spot is growing economically and in population.

5. Location/Population The location is in the south eastern side of the Earth and receives a climate that is warm and stormy. The land is flat and has areas the are very dry, drinkable water can sometimes be scarce. The average population can read and write, however, the people are not educated enough to work at the hospital.

6. Disease The water there is not always sanitary and may cause Bacterial dieria. There are also anouther list of diseases such as, dengue fever, Japanese encephalitis, and malaria are all common in Thailand. This provides good business for the company.

7. Economy/Competition The economy is not the best in the area and the country might not be able to afford the medical advances the we have to offer but in time the company should be able to move there and still make a profit. The Hospitals in Thailand are advanced in a few ways but are certainly not going to be as skilled as what we have to offer, there for it is worth the risk to move there.

8. Culture Shock To the workers that are going to be working there culture shock will be a big change to them. This is because the food and music are so different and they drive to the left of the road. However, these are simply small changes that can be fixed in time.
