3.  Property Consultants will market your rental property on many websites and publications, as well as the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service in Columbia.  We offer a package which includes “Leasing Only”, in which the Owner will maintain the management of the property.  Our most popular service is the complete Leasing and Monthly Management. As the Owner, there are no worries – we will manage your home like we own it ourselves!

We specialize in upscale homes which rent between $1500.00 and $5000.00 per month.  The standard Lease Agreement is 12 months.

5.  We will visit the property to review with you and discuss the proposed rental price.  A Management Agreement is prepared for your signature.  Your property is added to our available inventory and advertising outlets. A sign is placed at the property.  A renter is found and a Lease Agreement is signed with Property Consultants. Your proceeds are transferred to you!
