Woodlots & CFAs Different Road Requirements for WLs and CFAs Compared to Major Licensees  WLs and CFAs are only required to prepare RLADs in 3 situations where DM approval of the RLAD is required  WLs and CFAs are not required to make RLADs publicly available  WLs and CFAs can be authorized to construct or modify any road on the Crown portion of a WL or CFA using a Road Permit or Cutting Permit

9. Woodlots & CFAs Roads for Woodlots and CFAs  Preparation of a RLAD and DM approval is required in only 3 circumstances:  Work in riparian reserve zones or riparian management zones, other than crossings  Within 100 m upslope of a known licensed community water supply intake  In areas of unstable or potentially unstable terrain, where the licensee proposes measures that will not result in the least likelihood of a landslide
