3. Russell Cave Elementary – Renovation Work Completed in Last 30 Days: Exterior walls at new addition are complete, block and brick. Interior walls are complete. Roof trusses and metal deck at new addition have been installed. Interior of Kitchen/Cafeteria is complete. Renovation of (4) classrooms on the south side continues. Masonry restoration on the exterior of the original building in process. New electric service for new addition to be complete before school begins. Current Work Effort (August): Interior ramp and stair in new addition will be poured. Masonry restoration of the east wall will be completed. Roof at new addition will be installed. Install new ductwork in new addition and four classrooms. Install overhead electrical rough-in and temporary power and lights in new addition and four classrooms. Construction fence will be reinstalled around new addition before the start of school. August 2009
