7 6. Products & Services If you want to create and sell your own products and services, write down your top 3 products and services. Products include digital and physical. Digital products include eBooks, video trainings, recorded webinar/teleconference series, reports, collection of templates, worksheets, graphics, etc. Physical products include any product that is tangible including CDs, DVDs, and hard copies of books/reports. Physical products need to be shipped to the customers. Services include coaching, consulting, live trainings, live workshops, live webinar series, mentoring, mastermind calls, and similar that can be delivered via web, phone, or face to face.
