Innovative Mag-Drive has been manufacturing sealless, non-metallic, magnetically driven pumps since 1998. Today, most in the pumping industry, recognizes Innomag as a leader and major innovator in the pump industry.

By creating distinct pressure zones in the pump, we can use those pressures to regulate & control the forces on the impeller As the impeller moves forward, the pressure surrounding the inner magnet is reduced. This creates a restoring force. For momentary excursions, the impeller will bounce back. For prolonged changes, impeller will seek new equilibrium position Division takes place via the two sets of wear rings. The pump is then divided into the suction pressure, the discharge/volute pressure, and the balance presure. As the impeller moves forward, the variable orifice between the shaft and the thrust control valve increases, which in turn, lower the pressure(ex: taking your thumb off a garden hose).

12 TB-Mag Series - Tru-Seal Permeation Protection
INNOMAG Single Piece Impeller All fluoroplastics are inherently permeable. While the fluoroplastics are extremely chemical resistant, the magnets are not. Magnets are covered with a stainless can, welded air tight, before being encapsulated in plastic. This patented process is the best permeation protection available. Greatly extends the impeller life due to fluorine or chlorine ions that permeate the plastic and attack the magnets. Lifespan for an unprotected impeller is between 6-14 months. 2 piece impellers do not save you money as failures usually result in damage to both the impeller AND magnet assembly, completely negating the benefits of a 2 piece impeller. U-Mag Construction Optional High Purity PFA Mates NEMA C-faced or IEC D-flange motors directly (no spacer plates required). Universal chemical resistance with fluoroplastic ETFE as standard. Universal foot supports entire pump load. Fully bonded ETFE or optional High Purity PFA liner - minimum of 1/8” (3 mm) thick and rated to full vacuum. Fully open suction for lowest NPSHr.
