There are 17 departments in school. Drama, English, Maths, Science ,Music ,Art ,Spanish, French ,History, Geography, Pe, Btec Sport ,Pshe, Re, Travel and tourism, ICT They are all the subjects you can study in years 7 to 11 depending on the set your put in in year 9 and what you get given in different years and circumstances.

The Gym has state of the art equipment which students can use for free of and before school. It even has a Nintendo Wii with Just Dance and Just Dance 2.

The College has a lot of facilities like a lift, track, special cricket setup, long jump pit, swimming pool, an music studios and recording studio, drama rooms and much, much more.

Classroom rules 1. Make sure you are properly equipped for each lesson. 2. Quietly ENTER the classroom ONLY when your teacher tells you to. 3. Go to the desk given to you by your teacher: It is not your job to decide where to sit unless your teacher tells you to. 4. Sit down when requested. 5. Place your books, equipment and diary on the desk and be ready to start work without any delay. 6. LISTEN properly and FOLLOW the INSTRUCTIONS your teacher gives you straight away. 7. RAISE YOUR HAND before asking or answering a question: Do not shout out in class. 8. Get on with the work you have been given without any fuss. 9. At the end of the lesson PACK equipment AWAY and put your coat on when the teacher tells you. 10. Push your CHAIR under the desk and LEAVE the room quietly when the teacher tells you to. REMEMBER - The bell is a signal that a lesson is about to start or finish; it is not a signal for you to leave the room as you please, it is your teacher’s job to tell you when to leave.
