2 Setting This book had started at talkative Little Hangleton and the time was fifty years after a day break on a summer morning when it says what it is about. It is important because a evil wizard named Lord Voldemort who was very close to death had started to make a plan to kill a young boy who could defeat him. If it didn’t start this way nobody would know where Lord Voldemort was and know what his plan is.

5 Summary of Plot At first Harry has a dream about a muggle meeting Lord Voldemort. Next he goes to his school of witchcraft and wizarding. 7 Point of View This books point of view is third person. If the story was first person point of view all the objects that he saw we would have more detail, but because it is in third person point of view we don’t have much detail on what he saw.

8 Symbolism A symbol for this book would be a maze with many twists and turn and dead ends. It affected the story by all the choices he made it ended up with him winning a tournament but it cost him a way to meet the one and only person that had tried to kill him.

9 Recommendation The book is worth reading because if you like fiction, myth, and mystery it is the perfect book for you. If you don’t want to read this book you could always read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone book one.
