6 Organisational Approaches Most organisations blend (consciously or unconsciously) leadership development approaches. The minority have specific underpinning approaches. 40% of organisations already include 360 degree feedback in their leadership development approach. 46% don’t use 360 degree feedback but plan to introduce this is 2015/16.

7 Planned Deployment 2015 /16 Around 50% of organisations had no estimate of future use of 360 degree feedback. Greatest reported demand was for Senior Managers and Clinical Leaders. Reported demands remain consistent or rose for 2015/ 16. Organisations reporting use averaged around 70 deliveries of 360 degree feedback per annum.
