5 A valid student of UM for another 12 months Have financial study support package (controlled or supervised by UM) Migrate their Mobile telephone number to our sponsor Virtual Mobile Network Operator (VMNO) namely RedOne Finally, KKUM is willing to issue confirmation letter for Item A and B in the above and willing to assist the company should we are unable to get the monthly payment / the student refuse to make payment We worked out a program call “ 1 Student 1 NOTEBOOK” specifically for your student as we would like to have a good relationship with KKUM for future human capital program besides our noble CSR program today. 7 Below are the 5 EASY steps to apply for the 1 Student 1 Notebook program: 1) Fill up online application form 2) Submit for mobile telephone number migration to RedOne 3) Attach confirmation of migration to RedOne 4) Attach all relevant documents required by the terms and conditions 5) Wait for approval (if approve go to step 5) 6) Collection of Notebook at GOMBAK center 7) Make payment: Month 1 to Month 6 We will purchase the Notebook back after 24 months at RM 500.00.. !!

9 All Notebooks offered under this program is owned by the major sponsors before the student finish its installment. Thus, the student must be abiding to the terms and conditions as 5 steps below: Proof as UIA student, (By UM) Proof of study loan, scholarships and others (by student and stamp by UM) Current home address (electricity / water bills) Accepted form for RedOne migration Bank account – full details and standing instruction forms for payment (any bank) The warranty shall cover all of the below: Standard warranty provided by the original manufacturer All manufacturing defects Limited parts and labor warranty Excluding : Faulty due to mishandling of the equipment Faulty due to natural disaster and accidental events (fell of a height and shocks due to mishandling)
