the angel of the Lord went through the land of Egypt and put to death all the first-born in human and animals.
When the angel saw the blood on their houses, he PASSED OVER without harm and without killing their first-born.

Pharaoh sent to Moses quickly and said to him: you and your people are free and can leave Egypt.
Pharaoh requested of them to pray to their God to have mercy on the Egyptians and do no more harm.
The people of God was able to leave Egypt after 400 years !!
