2 Five a day 5 a day it is a NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION which its purpose consists of promoting the daily consumption of FRUITS AND FRESH VEGETABLES. 3 Their objetives The aims are: - To report on the benefits for the health of the daily consumption of at least 5 shares of fruits and fresh vegetables. - To influence the improvement of the food habits of our company. - To spread the message ' Fruits and Vegetables: 5 a day! Good for the health ' - To increase the consumption per capita of fruits and fresh vegetables of the population up to reaching the advisable level.
