2 Son - Daughter Role Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with promise: that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth. (Eph. 6:1-3). If any believing man or woman has widows, let them relieve them, and do not let the church be burdened… (1 Tim. 5:16).

3 Husband - Wife Role Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives, when they observe your chaste conduct accompanied by fear. Do not let your adornment be merely outward--arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel-- rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. (1 Peter 3:1-4).

4 Husband - Wife Role For in this manner, in former times, the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves, being submissive to their own husbands, as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, whose daughters you are if you do good and are not afraid with any terror. Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered. (1 Peter 3:5-7).

5 Husband - Wife Role Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord…Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her (Eph. 5:22, 24-25).

6 Husband - Wife Role 15 Drink water from your own cistern, running water from your own well. 16 Should your springs overflow in the streets, your streams of water in the public squares? 17 Let them be yours alone, never to be shared with strangers. 18 May your fountain be blessed, and may you rejoice in the wife of your youth. 19 A loving doe, a graceful deer-- may her breasts satisfy you always, may you ever be captivated by her love. 20 Why be captivated, my son, by an adulteress? Why embrace the bosom of another man's wife? (Prov. 5:15-20).

7 Father - Mother Role And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord. (Eph. 6:4). For I have known him, in order that he may command his children and his household after him, that they keep the way of the LORD, to do righteousness and justice, that the LORD may bring to Abraham what He has spoken to him. (Gen. 18:19).

8 Father - Mother Role That they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed. (Titus 2:4-5).

9 Father - Mother Role Proverbs 13
24 He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly. Proverbs 14 12 There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death. Proverbs 19 18 Chasten your son while there is hope, And do not set your heart on his destruction.

10 Father - Mother Role Proverbs 22
15 Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child; The rod of correction will drive it far from him. Proverbs 23 13 Do not withhold correction from a child, For if you beat him with a rod, he will not die. 14 You shall beat him with a rod, And deliver his soul from hell.

11 Father - Mother Role Proverbs 29
15 The rod and rebuke give wisdom, But a child left to himself brings shame to his mother…. 17 Correct your son, and he will give you rest; Yes, he will give delight to your soul.

12 Provider - Supporter Role
Then the LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it….And the LORD God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper suitable to him.” (Gen. 2:15, 18). But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. (1 Tim. 5:8).

13 Provider - Supporter Role
Proverbs 31 10 Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far above rubies. 11 The heart of her husband safely trusts her; So he will have no lack of gain. 12 She does him good and not evil All the days of her life.

14 Provider - Supporter Role
Proverbs 31 27 She watches over the ways of her household, And does not eat the bread of idleness. 28 Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praises her: 29 “Many daughters have done well, But you excel them all.” 30 Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, But a woman who fears the LORD, she shall be praised. 31 Give her of the fruit of her hands, And let her own works praise her in the gates.

15 The Best Life Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep His commandments, For this is man's all. For God will bring every work into judgment, Including every secret thing, Whether good or evil. (Eccl. 12:13-14). And the LORD commanded us to observe all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that He might preserve us alive, as it is this day. (Deut. 6:24).
