3. Cazalla Intercultural is a local NGO located in Lorca (Murcia), in the South East of Spain. It was founded in 1994 and since then we have developed many activities in the field of youth work. The organization is a member of UNIQUE network and promotes learning mobilities and recongnicion of Non Formal Education.

4. Our three main fields are Voluntary Service : we are working as the EVS sending, hosting and coordinating organization in cooperation with other partner countries of the world. International Cooperation in the field of youth : we organize youth exchanges and we offer to our local community international and intercultural experience. Cazalla is focused on Human Rights and HRE, ICL, Violence and quality of youth work. Local youth work : the organization creates local projects for integration of migrants in the local society, gender equality, antiracism and antidiscrimination.

5. We are looking for two volunteers to join our organization The activity dates are : 1st volunteer : 06/01/2013 - 06/10/2013 2nd volunteer : 01/02/2013 - 01/11/2013

6. The activities are  Work as a support person in coordination of European projects  Work with immigrant children in collaboration with other NGOs  Work with children as an English assistant in a public school  Participate in local activities for teenagers  Help in the integration of outlaw teenagers  Assist in organization of local events  Promote EVS program in universities and schools The volunteer is welcome to realize his/her own ideas for projects connected with the theme of the project.

7. Criteria Be interested in the international activities and Youth in Action Program Be interested in work with young people, children and immigrants Be motivated and enthusiastic Like to organize his/her own job Have initiative Come up with new creative and artistic ideas Able to work in a team. *Basic level of Spanish would be helpful.
