2 SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL Babies copy some movements and facial expressions like smiling or frowning so hold and talk to your baby, smile and be cheerful while you do

3 COGNITIVE Baby uses hands and eyes together, such as seeing a toy and reaching for it, to help babies, put toys in their hands and help them hold onto it.

4 LINGUISTIC babbles with expression, hunger pain or being tired. To help them calm down, Give age-appropriate toys to play with, such as rattles or colorful pictures.

5 FINE MOTOR Baby can hold a toy and shake it and swing at dangling toys, you can hold toys and show them its okay to play with them and you can teach them how to hold their bottle on their own.

6 GROSS MOTOR Baby can push down on legs when feet are on a hard surface, you can hold your babies hand and help them walk and or, stand on their own while watching them.

7 SAFETY Parents can ensure the safety of their baby by giving them age- appropriate toys to play with, such as rattles or colorful pictures so they play safe and never leave a baby by themselves. Always keep and eye on them.

8 LEARNING TO GROW They can learn to grow on their own and with help from you as a parent. You can copy your babies sounds to show them its okay to do those things they might be unsure about.

9 WHAT TO EAT Feed your baby breast milk and or formula, you can also start to introduce Pureed food and or semi-liquid iron-fortified cereal to them. Only small amounts of it while introducing them.
