2. Regular Fractions
*The only way you can notice a regular fraction is if your numerator is not bigger than the denominator. *The next way is also like the other way make sure your denominator is not smaller than the Numerator.

3. Improper Fractions
One way to notice an improper fraction is if the numerator is bigger than the denominator.
Another way is when the denominator is smaller than the numerator.

4. Adding Fractions First make sure the denominator is the same.
You add numerators only.
If you don’t want one whole then make sure when you add the numerators.
Check that both together don’t have a bigger number than the denominator.

5. Subtracting Fractions
*First make sure your denominator is the same.
*Next subtract only the numerators.
*If you don’t want your answer to be zero make sure your numerators don’t equal zero.

6. Multiplying Fractions
*Make sure you know your multiplication tables.
*Multiply your numerator and your denominator.
*Make sure you multiply the denominator too.

7. How to get your denominator the same!
*You must know how to multiply
*You have to make it neat
*You must do least common multiple.Then list down your denominator multiples and then when both of your denominators come to the same number then see how many numbers you had to do to get that number and then multiply the numerator by that number

8. Equivalent Fractions
You MUST know your multiplication and division facts.
MULTIPLY the numerator and denominator of a fraction by the same number.
You can also DIVIDE the numerator and denominator by the same number.

9. Comparing Fractions
When comparing fractions with UNLIKE denominators, both fractions MUST have common denominators.

10. Ordering Fractions
Find out if you’re ordering from least to greatest or greatest to least.
Find the LCM or LCD of all the fractions.
Multiply the numerator to make equivalent fractions.
Order the fractions.
Plug the original fractions back in when ordering.
