3. DESCRIPTION The title of the artwork is Colors of the Wind. From the title I learned about the colors flowing. In this artwork the main subject is Pocahontas. Around her is colors that are moving in the motion of wind. All the empty space is covered with color. The colors are various shades. There are no real lines other than the outline for the girl, but there are strokes that represent wind which looks like a line. The artist used water color pencils.

4. ANALYSIS In this artwork the main is focal point is Pocahontas because she is 3d compared to the other part. The overall mood of this artwork is happy because all the colors make me smile. All of the proportions are normal and Pocahontas looks like the cartoon. The strokes of the wind are repeated to put the allusion of wind blowing. The allusion of the wind is where I see the movement in this drawing. The different shades of colors bring together this piece of art.

5. INTERPRETATION This artwork represents part of the movie of Pocahontas. When I look at this piece of artwork I feel cheery because of the all the colors. The art just makes me want to let go because of the way her hair flows. It makes me want to just go with the flow. It reminds of the movie Pocahontas which is like a really good movie. Pocahontas is a real event in history so this artwork shows a glimpse of history.

6. JUDGMENT Overall I think this drawing was a success. The way the painting flowed was very successful. The only part I would have changed was the way you could see the line of color pencil. I feel this work is unique in the fact that I have not seen someone in our grade draw something like this. Again I feel everything looks good, but next she should work on the way the lines from the color pencils blend. I would still give this artwork a 10/10 because of the way everything flows throughout the artwork..3
