6 E-Line Services E-Line is further divided into:  Ethernet Private Line (EPL) A whole Ethernet port is switched across a provider network Defined by ITU-T Recommendation G.8011.1  Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL) VLAN sets can be switched to multiple destinations Defined by ITU-T Recommendation G.8011.2 The OIF works extensively with the MEF to understand and implement its Ethernet service definitions
