P LACEMAT A CTIVITY 1. Divide your placemat into one area for each group member. 2. In two minutes, write down everything you remember from yesterdays PD into your section. – Brain Dump 3. Rotate around the placement to read what others have written. 4. Add to your thoughts any important ideas you may have missed. 5. As a group, choose 3 important ideas to place in the center. 6. Share with the class.

Temperament is a configuration of observable personality traits, such as habits of communication, patterns of action, and sets of characteristic attitudes, values, and talents. It also encompasses personal needs, the kinds of contributions that individuals make in the workplace, and the roles they play in society. Two basic characteristics of human development: What We Say What We Do Artisan, the Guardian, the Rational, and the Idealist.

L ET ’ S T AKE I T ! Answer each question from the perspective of what feels right to you. Answer according to who you really are – not how you are supposed to be in your work. Choose the answer that feels MOST right to you. Answer ALL questions. Once you have your test scored. Take your post it note and place it on the chart paper that corresponds to your temperament.
