Priority: High Population control, broadening of the range for populations, spreading the risk of managing wildlife, making the populations more resilient and viable, and fund-raising for specific conservation and land expansion programs What makes a poacher want to illegally hunt rhinos? Priority: Medium How much does selling a rhino or allowing a rhino hunt help out the park financially? With population control? Priority: High How can the park combat poachers to reduce the amount of illegally killed rhinos? Priority: Medium
