3 Set A Goal Determine the number of copies you want start with per week. Determine who you are going to target (Elementary, Middle, Public, Private, etc.) Determine the amount of money needed to pay for NIE copies.

4 NIE Sponsorship Costs Amt. per copy x # of weeks x # of children Examples:.091 X 36 weeks x 150 children = $ 492.50 X 30 weeks X 150 children = $ 2,250

5 Develop your tracking and internal processes You will need excellent record keeping! Track School, Teacher, Day of the Week, # of copies, E-mail Address. Set up statements for billing. Sign up sheet for teachers or use your website. Weekly Delivery (Who and When) Bundle Tops with school name, teacher, day of the week and # of copies.
