Preparing a Wet-Mount 1.Locate and cut out the letter “d” from a magazine (small print & lower-case). 2.Using forceps, place the “d” in the center of a slide. 3.Add one drop of water from a dropper, covering the paper completely. 4.Carefully place one edge of a cover slip to the side of the water drop and lower it onto the “d” at an angle. 5.Let any air bubbles escape. Be sure there is no excess water left on the top of the cover slip.
