6 STAR Program  During the 2015-16 fiscal year, the $3,000 STAR Program funds may be used for the following: 1. Chapter Administrative Services expenses 2. Chapter Marketing expenses (tradeshow expenses, brochures, ads, promotional materials, etc.) 3. All Chapter Education expenses (instructor, facility, workbooks, etc.) 4. CFMA National Speaker Program and CFMA National Education Programs 5. All Chapter Strategic Planning expenses (facilitator, facility, food & beverage, etc.)
