Chain of Command: The flow of authority and responsibility within an organization, military and civilian. From the highest ranking positions to the lowest ranking positions. When solving a problem, start at the lowest level of the chain of command as possible. Let’s look at the chain of command here at Corsicana High School

So, if you had a problem within your flight, who would you start with in the chain of command? Hopefully you said element leader.

Why not the flight commander or the corps commander – oh heck, why not the school principal?
