1 Each member will evaluate their contribution to the overall group project as well as their peers in the group

2 Instructions  Print final page (slide 4) and follow instructions on slide 3 for filling it out.  Group average should not exceed 4 (but it can be less than 4) A score of 5 should be extremely rare. If you give 5 to one, someone needs a 3 to balance it. Conversely, if you give a 3, this does not require giving someone a 4 or 5. All may have done their duty (4) with one slacker (3 or less). Your group average can be under 4, just not over it.

3 Rank each member by the following scale: 1. Non-contributor. Who was this person anyway? 2. Minimal contributor. Contributed very little. Parasitic dependence on the others in the group to do most of the work 3. Partial contributor. Made minor contributions to the group's success, but overall were still parasitic, needing others to pull them through. 4. Full Contributor: Pulled their weight fully. May also have helped fill minor gaps left by those ranked 1-3. 5. Overachiever: Pulled their weight plus filled major gaps left by members rated 1-3. If you cannot supply an opinion, put N/A instead
