2. Student Council is sponsoring a Fall Food Drive today through November 20 th. Ecumenical Ministries and other food banks are in desperate need of canned food items. Please help make this a bountiful holiday season for families in our area. The homeroom with the most canned food items overall will receive a Chick-Fil -A luncheon. The runner up homerooms per grade level will receive a Krispy Kreme doughnut breakfast. Come on Foley High School students and staff; let’s make this a joyous holiday season for all. Our goal is 5000 cans! We can do it!

3. ACT/SAT scores, and you should continue to research and apply for scholarships." Seniors, to ensure that you are counted in the final number that will be submitted to the Alabama State Department of Education, please stop by the library to complete the Alabama College Application Campaign Week sign-out sheet; it will only take a minute to complete the form. Now, Class of 2016, ARE YOU GETTING READY? Do you think you can give the Class of 2015 some competition?

4. Class of 2015, today is the final day for the Alabama College Application Campaign Week. Congratulations on exceeding your challenge to increase the number of seniors applying to college by 50% or more than the class of 2014. Remember the advice that you received from Mr. Tucker during the assembly — "completing the application is one of the first steps to get into college. Now you must make sure that you are successful in all of your courses, you are working hard to improve your GPA and your (Cont.)

5. The Foley Theatre Company announces auditions for their Spring Musical, 9 to 5 the Musical, December 10th immediately after school. More information to follow!

6. Mrs. K has Pride Hut spirit shirts and hats for sale in room 207. Shirts are $10, hats and visors are $15, and hoodies are $20.

7. NHS Members, Please sign up for a shift in Mrs. Dossett's room 921 for the upcoming Gourmet Apple Fundraiser. NHS sponsors reserve the right of refusal for shift requests in order to keep shifts evenly distributed. This will be motivation to sign up early.

8. Attention all current Spanish Club Members: After November 11 th Sra. Maurin will be opening up the Mobile International Field trip to current and former Spanish students. If you want to go, and are a current Spanish Club member – please get your money and forms to Sra. Maurin ASAP. The cost of the field trip is $16.00 and we will be gone most of the school day on November 21st.

9. There will be an FCCLA meeting on Thursday, November 13th after school from 3:15 to 4:15 in Mrs. Amy Smith's room 410. Officers please plan on staying today for about 30 minutes in room 410 to discuss upcoming events.

10. Seniors: it’s time to order your fall shirts. The white long sleeve shirt is $20 and the navy short sleeve shirt is $15 – this is a pre-order sale only. Stop by Mrs. K.’s room – room 207 – to order yours! TODAY is the last day to order.

11. Seniors and juniors, just a reminder that Early Release and Dual Enrollment Application packets for the spring term are available in the counseling and guidance office. Please see Mrs. Daniels, Mrs. Lores, or Mrs. Wilkerson for additional information. The deadline to turn in your application packet is Wednesday.
